Some of the thieves here scam by e-mail spoofing then they will ask your credit card number and use it to buy stuff in here and your credit card will be over credited and of course, the credit card company may sue you.

Honestly before you buy from a seller you need to really look at their history. I have found that they should have 99-100% positive and at least a few hundred sells. Read all negative reviews and see what people didn't like about it.

I've bought tons of stuff on eBay and only got burned once. You've gotta make sure the seller agrees to take items back if they don't work properly or something; also wait to leave feedback until you're sure everything is OK. but overall, an excellent site.

Good site to get items at a lower price than retail, I have been ripped off once buy a first-time seller but it was resolved with Paypal. Don't trust first-time sellers

Mixed bag totally, I rarely use it any more except to search for stuff I might want LOCALLY or get idea on price.
Clothes have been a good bargin there though. Buyer beware on more costly things, tread carefully!
I had two guys sell me fraudulent electronic parts, that's my bad experience there.
Selling stuff wise, a good way of doing it, don't accept buyers with tiny ratings, and you should do OK, as long as you are fair as well.

Great service. I had a problem with a seller and eBay/Paypal resolved it satisfactorily in a timely manner.
