1) Misleading Claims or Unethical: Claims users privacy is protected, whilst using Google Analytics. FORCES the use of Google Analytics just in order to provide a basic site function. Most sites aren't that poorly designed. Claims IP address harvesting and cross-referencing (implied) is 'anonymous'. Collecting number plate information from cars, isn't anonymous either, it is only ONE step away from identifying and tracking that individual by ID. 2) Privacy Risks (also see above).
