Scammer This is the first time i find myself in a similar situation i purchased xbox series x game key (mlb the show 24) and they give me xbox one game key i contacted support team and they said "a human will respond in the original ticket ASAP within maximum of 12 hours" i paid 30 dollars for this game and after 6 days no one send me a message for ensolved this matter this is very frustating and i am very very angry, i will wait a few more days then i will go to the Police.

I bought a "Gears 5 CD Key For Steam" and they sent me a link to a shady page from another domain that asked me to enter my Steam credentials (!!!!!). Of course, I refused and asked their support to either send me the right product (the CD Key I bought), or to refund. They denied both. We went back and forth (I have the full conversation) and while they admitted that what they sent me was not what I bought, they STILL refused to refund me. I warned them, waited 3 days and started a PP dispute that's still ongoing. I'm yet to get a reply/resolution from them, it's like they're hiding their head in the sand and waiting for this to blow over. So I'll use that time to tell everyone to not fall for their bait and switch.

Advertised a Rust Steam key, I’ve bought it, and they only sent me a Steam GIFT, which didn’t work. After contacting support, and waiting about 2 weeks, they provided another GIFT link, which I didn’t even try, and in the PayPal ticket, which I’ve created to get my money back, they accused me of using it. Scammer “company” don’t trust them.

The MS Office key I purchased had already been used and therefore could not be legitimately used by me. I paid for a 'brand new and unused' key as described on their website and received a used key. Customer service was a generic email telling me to follow the instructions. This is nothing short of theft in my opinion.

Original company "Cjscdkeys Zendesk" with a rating of 1.6 Changed name due to multiple complaints I pay with PAYPAL without problems but they send me an email explaining that they are blocking my order through a badly written email, full of red capital letters, with contradictory requirements, where they demand: PHOTO OF MY ID PHOTO OF MY BANK CARD Clearly criminal act and susceptible to fraud, which from what I have read in other reviews, is usually frequent in this company. This company needs to be inspected as it clearly violates its customers. They said that if I want to "fix it quickly" they need my ID photo and bank card, yes or yes. I sent it, instantly, TIRED. I still haven't received an answer. I'm still waiting, now they have my money and photos of my documents. FRAUD COMPANY. AVOID EVERYTHING OR REPORT IN CASE OF BEING VICTIMS

Their store clearly stated BO2 was available in my country so sure I'm gonna overpay compared to cheap stores where it is not. Then the bot system was never even gonna give me a key, it tried to friend request and gift the game to me on steam but got an error and never did. Support said the game was not available in my country after all and I should request a refund. Support then says they need to resell the game first before I can get a refund even though I never received anything.

would leave no stars if possible this company sold me a gamepass key and didn’t advertise that it was a trial code and tried to make me look stupid as if I was putting in the code wrong! Basically told me I have to make a new Xbox account just to use it when it says on the product page it’s just a standard Xbox game pass and works on old and new accounts. If you have problems with this company don’t bother raising a ticket as they Will try and make it your fault and make you look like an idiot! Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

DO NOT BUY HERE! They are going to scam them, I bought a key, and it came out expired, I contacted support and nothing they give me a solution, the only answer they gave me is that it is a TRIAL key, but even so I tell them that the KEY IS expired They answer me meaningless things.

Esperienza negativa, sito assolutamente inaffidabile, soprattutto se non dispongono del prodotto poichè non rispettano affatto gli accordi presi e come se non bastasse si prendono anche la commissione di circa 1 euro in caso di rimborso, anche se per colpa loro. Inoltre anche se vedete tutti i prezzi in euro in realtà la moneta ufficiale è la sterlina e non è specificato da nessuna parte, ve ne accorgerete solo al momento della transazione.

Product page says 10+ Keys in stock for automated delivery. After ordering I received a link which allows me to collect the key. Page says "no keys in stock, we will replenish within a maximum of 12 hours". So they are lying about the product being in stock and baiting people into buying keys which are not availble. After 24 hours the keys weren't replenished. Support doesn't seem to give a damn.

They stole my money. Plain and simple. The key they provided was region locked, so I couldn't activate it. I provided enough proofs for them to refund me and they said they did ! They emailed me that everything has been refunded on my store credits but they didn't. Two weeks of emailling back and forward for nothing, they just run in circle copy pasting me the same answers. It is run by scammers. Don't trust them !

It works until you need support. The support answers every mail with the same 'how to do it' list. I wrote them several mails that at a certain point i get an error message. There answer was, to post the same stupid instruction list again. I think they didn't even read what the customer is writing, the just let a Bot change the Name of the supporter and give the same useless answer over and over again. i bought quite some stuff from cjs, but i will never ever buy something form them again. Funktioniert bis man Support braucht... Solange man keinen Support braucht ist alles ok, aber dann starten die Problem. Egal wie genau ich das Problem erklärte, es wurde jede meiner EMails mit der selben nutzlosen Anleitung beantwortet. Man hat den Eindruck das ein Bot jede EMail mit einem Neuen Supporter Namen und dem gleichen unnützen Text beantwortet. Der Laden ist für mich gestorben.

So far so good, particularly for a grey-market reseller. The company I work for makes regular use of this site to buy Microsoft Office so I bought two Office 2019 Professional Plus keys myself. The keys work and I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary. I also feel much more comfortable using PayPal which is integrated into the site among other payment methods including Bitcoin. The advice they give for installation wasn't helpful though. Fortunately I remembered to go to ***** to actually install them.

Worst Customer Service I've experienced in years. I placed multiple orders with CD keys without a problem. Today, I went to buy something and got rejected. I figured I entered my card number wrong so I switched to PayPal. My order went into 'requires verification status'. So I went ahead and jumped through their hoops. They approve the order. I go to get my key...and boom. It's back to verification. Before I can even look at my email, I have another message that says my order has been cancelled and refunded. Weird, but okay. I try again with a different card and it works but goes BACK into verification! I jump through different hoops. They ask about the PayPal charge back. I say 'That was you guys. I didn't ask for that. I just want my product'. They ask the SAME QUESTION AGAIN!!!! Which I'm like 'Okay, I just answered but I'll try another way'. A moment later, they cancel/reject the order and say 'I hope this explains the situation'. What explanation? There was none! And then they wouldn't reply to my requests for more information including the following questions: 1) Why are my orders being rejected? 2) Should I just never bother to work with you again? 3) Can you communicate the problem to me so I can fix it? They clearly don't care so if you get verification request, you're probably just done. This was terrible and I'll never go back to them again.
