It works until you need support. The support answers every mail with the same 'how to do it' list. I wrote them several mails that at a certain point i get an error message. There answer was, to post the same stupid instruction list again. I think they didn't even read what the customer is writing, the just let a Bot change the Name of the supporter and give the same useless answer over and over again.
i bought quite some stuff from cjs, but i will never ever buy something form them again.
So far so good, particularly for a grey-market reseller. The company I work for makes regular use of this site to buy Microsoft Office so I bought two Office 2019 Professional Plus keys myself. The keys work and I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary. I also feel much more comfortable using PayPal which is integrated into the site among other payment methods including Bitcoin.
The advice they give for installation wasn't helpful though. Fortunately I remembered to go to https://office.com/setup to actually install them.
Worst Customer Service I've experienced in years.
I placed multiple orders with CD keys without a problem. Today, I went to buy something and got rejected. I figured I entered my card number wrong so I switched to PayPal. My order went into 'requires verification status'. So I went ahead and jumped through their hoops.
They approve the order. I go to get my key...and boom. It's back to verification. Before I can even look at my email, I have another message that says my order has been cancelled and refunded. Weird, but okay. I try again with a different card and it works but goes BACK into verification!
I jump through different hoops. They ask about the PayPal charge back. I say 'That was you guys. I didn't ask for that. I just want my product'. They ask the SAME QUESTION AGAIN!!!! Which I'm like 'Okay, I just answered but I'll try another way'.
A moment later, they cancel/reject the order and say 'I hope this explains the situation'. What explanation? There was none! And then they wouldn't reply to my requests for more information including the following questions:
1) Why are my orders being rejected?
2) Should I just never bother to work with you again?
3) Can you communicate the problem to me so I can fix it?
They clearly don't care so if you get verification request, you're probably just done. This was terrible and I'll never go back to them again.
I got an incorrect key, which had an invalid format than the ones listed on Steam's support page. Customer service claimed otherwise and didn't get me a working replacement a refund when I asked. I don't recommend buying anything from this site, because in case of a problem, you're on your own.
If you order a popular game good luck getting your key. After your payment you are given access to their "Autokey" system, which you'd better be prepared to watch like a hawk. I'm currently sitting here watching it like I'm bidding on Ebay. They've restocked twice and other people had the fortune of being at their computer to claim keys before me. They guarantee restocks within 12 hours but they don't hold a key for you.
Thought it was good at first, successfully bought Battlefield 4.
Bought with them again, this time watchdogs day 1 edition.
They botched the key delivery's, constantly said everyone will have them before launch, then said you will have them on the day, then in a few hours. Long story short many people waited days to get it.
That wouldnt be an issue but:
1.They guaranteed day 1 delivery
2.You needed to redeem code before launch for day 1 DLC
3.They edited the game description so it didnt say day 1 edition
4.They deleted comments on their facebook page calling them out on it
5.When I contacted them about it, they claimed it was Ubisofts fault, and that I had to talk to them about the DLC (lie).
I was also emailed severa times to sa my key was available, but wait, its first come first serve. So someone else checked for available keys and took mine. Several times.
I found out later this isnt even a rare occurence for them, Dont waste youre time with them.
If you want cheap titles and good customer experience, I advise you use g2a.com
Purchased a BF3 key from them.
The whole process was a little confusing - the pages were cluttered with random information about this and that promotion and so on.
And the important information - (it required a lot of steps) was a bit hard to find on quick scan.
However, with some difficulty - I was able to get my CD-Key. The whole process was rather fast and took me less than 5 minutes. And for the amazing price they have - it was worth it.
Very bad customer experience. No support, they are deleting the bad comment you put on facebook, they are creating WOT account to keep their marker to the green (instead of the many bad comments they have here), and they say that they will give your key within 24 hours, 5 days ago, I still diddn't got my key...
Purchased a game that turned out to be used, contacted support got a reply a week later with another key that also turned out to be used. Which also took a week and a half after that to get it refunded. What a joke.
Good website, it's really cheap, but you'll sometimes get problems with delivery
I had to wait 2 days to get a game, but the prices are so good it's worth the waiting :)
I don't know if the "stolen keys" stories are right, never happened to me I'm pretty sure it's people that work for another websites that sell keys that post these comments :/
Just look at heni2010's comments : http://puu.sh/6leD
He's clearly working for cdkeyshere.com
Impossible to contact remove the numerous complaints from there facebook they get continuously to make themselves look good. Order a key took four hours+ for there so called instant autokey to apparently allocate me a key only when I went to retrieve it there where no keys and I was told they had no more in stock and will be replenished in 12 hours. From what I see on facebook that doesnt happen and people can be waiting days one person even said a month. Stay away if you deal with them and get good service you where clearly just lucky.
CJS is ok. They are incredibly cheap, but this also means they don't have anywhere near enough staff to cope with orders. A few times I've bought keys that are 'in stock', and marked as 'instant delivery' (using their autokey system), yet it takes weeks for me to receive the keys. Don't expect a timely email response when you contact them regarding your concerns.
Contacting them on their Facebook page results in them saying "(game name here) key will be in stock tomorrow", which is never the case.
So, CJS are alright, they're very cheap, and the keys are legit, but don't fall for the 'instant delivery' ruse. In my experience it's never been instant.
