Site is fine and legit with official registration with the gambling authorities. Online scratchies, just plain fun. Not child safe since it's gambling. Site uses aggressive marketing through many channels but DOESN'T SPAM. People who got e-mails from them have opted-in (probably indirectly) for receiving mailings from them. They shouldn't complain.
