I've been playing online for a long time and in many different brands and the best experience I had was when I played Prime Scratch Cards.
Cool games which are updated every month or so and the best customer service I ever got!!!
Great service on the site, was actually a bit confused when i just entered but now i am loving it and when ever I need any help support helps me all the time..And now I even won some money and playing on profit:)
I really loved playing in this site! Too bad with the negative comments, they should try playing instead! Classic scratchcards games mixed with new entertaining games, i recommend this site to anyone that loves scratchcards
The third scratchcard site I've been spammed with today (makes a change from bingo I suppose). 'Becoming an affiliate of PSC makes you a partner with us, and that means we compensate you for any business you send to us via your marketing efforts' i.e spamming, 'Must I have a website in order to become an Affiliate?' how silly, all you need is a copy of Darkmailer and some form of bulletproof proxy to send your 'marketing' through so the police don't haul you off too quickly. Affiliate link on front page to primepartners.com (why you get this crap).

Site is fine and legit with official registration with the gambling authorities. Online scratchies, just plain fun.
Not child safe since it's gambling.
Site uses aggressive marketing through many channels but DOESN'T SPAM. People who got e-mails from them have opted-in (probably indirectly) for receiving mailings from them. They shouldn't complain.
