LIES their 9/11 pentagon story conflicts STRONGLY with PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE.
They state that the plane "actually hit the ground before impacting the building" I dare you to prove them right. I have found a picture that proves them wrong.

Have you ever gotten an email that states "NEW VIRUS WARNING!?!?!" from a friend that has been forwarded 10 million times? Well, usually you can confirm if that email is true at snopes. Has 3 scripts running on it, but I have not had any pop-ups here.

The best for looking up urban legends and such.I've used it for yrs now and have never had any problems at all here.

Great site. Keep up the good work. I always check wild rumors and if found to be false, e-main the Truth to the sender. I then ask them to verify with snopes.com before sending the garbage out.

Thank goodness for WOT! It stopped me from clicking on a pop-up from this site thanks to its "WARNING!" page.

Some stuff might not be for children, but if you have AdBlock Plus, then you should be OK with pop-ups.

I get 2 pop-ups or ads every time I enter the site. Plus a rogue antivirus software installed itself onto one of my computers when I received a link from a friend to one of the Snopes articles. Great site though, I love it.

Not just pop-ups but entire websites pop-up! Opens in a firefox window. Great for hoax information but won't use again because of the web pages opening up when I use it.

Some popups appear on the site, but other than that, is a good site to debunk chain mails.

A useful site for finding out about myths and other things. However there is occasionally a pop-up. Otherwise it's a very good site.
