Bestellte Ware (bis jetzt nur Kaputzenpullover von Boxfresh, Kangool, Fubu und Ecko)immer erhalten und das innerhalb von 2 Wochen. Wenn Ware nicht auf Lager wird kein Geld abgebucht und man erhält eine Info-Mail. Kann aber leider nichts zum Service bei Raklamation sagen, da ich ihn noch nicht benötigte. Die Sachen besitzen eine gute Qualität, sind schön dick im Stoff und schön gestylt-jedoch immer eine Nummer größer bestellen, da alles bis jetzt eingelaufen ist um eine Größe.

Unfortunately, while the general service was good I was twice subjected to serious credit card fraud. I do not think that the company in general is bad at all, but that there are one or two unscrupulous employees. One was a card that I had never used anywhere else and 1 day after using it at thehut.com I ended up with transactions from all over the world appearing on my statement. Another time with a different card which I had only used at reputable shops was fine until I used it at thehut.com. A week later it was hit with fraudulent transactions. This experience has put me off using thehut.com which is a shame, becuase their prices are good and delivery was quick. It is currently being investigated by myself and a fraud team.
