I have purchased several prescription items—including ivermectin—from 24hoursPPC over the past five years. Although the ordering process has always been somewhat clunky, the products previously arrived as described and were of acceptable quality. However, in my most recent order, the product I received was clearly defective or illegitimate. I contacted the pharmacy by email, explained the issue, and offered to return the product for inspection. Rather than addressing the concern, I was told they had “never had a complaint” and that my claim was untrue. I did not request a refund—only a replacement—but was again dismissed and told I was lying. I was further advised that I should consider myself “fortunate,” as upcoming tariffs would increase the cost of their products by 300%. Given the inappropriate response and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate product-quality issue, I can no longer rely on this pharmacy and will not be using them again.

This site has been an absolutely perfect 100% in my experience using them the last 12 years. Better customer service than your local Walmart, and the products are authentic. The negative reviews are liars and probably competitors. I had an order show up that was crushed by mail carriers, and they RE-SHIPPED with no questions asked, just be honest with them as they will ALWAYS be honest with you. I wanted to add something about the positive aspect of being able to order from a reputable site like this. As adults, we should be able to try and use whatever we want, without being judged, hopefully with the right proper education about what it is you are taking, and why, and being reasonable about it. This site allows adults to be able to order and use exactly what they want AND the staff genuinely cares about their customers as they will answer any questions you might have with VERY well thought out honest answers. If they feel like something you want might not work well with another item, they will give you an HONEST ASSESSMENT about the issue. I took the chance at ordering from 24hoursppc and I was pleasantly surprised. I received my order complete, within two weeks and nothing was missing. I'll be assessing the products and back to write a review with my results. I do look forward to shopping there again. They're very discrete and that's a plus.

When I say I have been ripped off in the past I mean I have lost hundreds of dollars trusting people that say they are going to send my gear and never do. I will tell you a story and you can take it for what it's worth. I was in Afghanistan when I ordered Parabolan. I received trenaject. Of the many times I have ordered from this site this is the first time this has ever happened. Immediately wrote 24 hours ppc and I was told to send it back. With the constraints on sending things out from the APO and the thorough searches of mail I could not. I was given the option of holding it until the contract ended in 6 months and sending it from stateside. I kept that gear for months brought it back home. Andreas remembered me and gave me the address and thoruogh instructions on how to send it back. Upon receiving the package I was sent my Parabolan as requested with 10 extra amps for my trouble. On my next order I got some winni that was coming from China. I was told that I had to sign for it.. I am not trying to be apart of any controlled deliveries. I know nothing about them and I don't want to know anything about them! I trust this site and I have trusted him with literally thousands of dollars at a time with Western Union getting gear but I don't want to sign for anything at all. I explained my dilemma and yet again I was treated with the utmost respect and prompt response time. The resolution came through this guy rerouting my order and getting my gear sent from the UK where it didn't have to be signed for. I am telling you in life you get what you pay for. I can say that I am 100% satisfied; they have excellent customer service, I am more than pleased with their attitude towards the customers - they answer the questions immediately in a very polite manner. About the delivery: it has arrived even before the predicted date with a professional, safe and discreet packaging and outstanding quality of the product. Guys, don't you see that all these "negative" comments are AUTOMATIC messages made by DEA or other federal authorities robots. Total bullcrap, I don't even see what to comment on them. They make such spam comments on all bodybuilding pharmacies just to compromise them, this is one of the ways how they try to avoid import to US. Site is legit, gear is legit and in no way it can compromise your credit card information simply because it doesn't accept credit cards (VISA and MC prohibit selling roids through their systems, so there are no real pharmacies selling them with CC).
