ac3filter_2_60b.exe is dangerous that's why AVG Secure Browser denied this one.

As an IT, I Have used this for many years for the home theater pc. It is an awesome program with ZERO malware; I check every binary (.exe, .bin, etc) for malware using sanbox and ac3filter has NEVER alerted or caused unwanted side effects.
