Безопасен ли addr.com?

I have been using addr.com for several years and always wondered why this site was rated bad on WOT. Now I understand why it was rated poorly. ***** is a web hosting company. This site can host websites but during my experience their site has been hacked, unstable, and offline several times. I have been getting tons of calls from my clients that their site is always down and not working properly. When I try to reach customer support on their site it is a complete joke. Live chat support? There is no such thing. It's just an email ticketing system and you would have to wait a good 24-48 hours before you get a reply back. Call by Phone? Lucky if you have someone picking up the phone. I've had numerous times where I had to wait for someone to actually answer the phone. When someone does pick up you will get someone that has a heavy accent (I had a person who spoke clear English once). It is hard to understand and does not solve problems any quicker. I'm sure they are trying their best to provide the best service but I'd never host my sites from this company. Horrible experience and things don't get solved quickly. Stay away from this company and find another webhosting service.

I frequent a message board hosted by Addr, and have had no problems with the board or the site connected to Addr. However, I cannot rank the experience as good or bad, because I do not own any sites registered to this provider. My review for this company at this time is neutral. I gave a good review on WOT for the board that I frequent hosted by Addr, but will not give a rating to the main domain at this time. From reading the comments, the reviews seem to be mixed.
