Purchased a product for my vehicle from this website that failed and now poses a fire hazard to my vehicle. Part had been installed for 2 months before failure. Purchased part 3+ months before failure. Was informed that no warranty could be offered because part warranty was only 3 months. Poor product and poor service. Amazing that they would not stand behind a product that could burn my vehicle to the ground because it was out of warranty by a couple of weeks.

Ordered part was not available. Customer service gave me another part number which i tried to find and it was not found. Also other customer service guys told me that given part number's item is not available. I then found another part and asked sales rep for the location of the part in US from which it will be shipped, they didn't want to tell me saying they don't know, but on the phone they did know. Live chat Fried hang up on me because i told him that the phone laddie knew where parts were coming from and he told me to contact that laddie and hang up on me. How am i suppose to get a hold of someone when i was phone redirected so many times i lost count ? Customer service could be better i say.

I purchased mirror switch, Axel and starter from this site. Switch came free shipping next day. Too bad Axel and Starter were shipped 2 days later and will arrive at the end of the week. I had decent live chat conversation with TECH who helped me ti figure out my car model exactly to find the right part. I say i had good experience so far.

My first and only experience with this vendor was horrible. Due to their shipping error and unwillingness to correct their mistakes, I had to spend hundreds of extra $$ to get my car repaired by getting the correct parts elsewhere on short notice. I had to put in a claim with the Better Business Bureau and wait 6 weeks before I received credit for their mistake. Per the BBB website, this vendor is nortorious for this type of problems.
