I have ordered mag subscriptions & paid for them only to find out later that they hadn't gone thru to company that handles B&N's subscription services. Also ordered books and have been given the runaround and lied to by customer reps when I called to inquire about delivery. 3 different reps told me different lies about my book orders and supervisor also lied to me about content of e-mails they sent me regarding order. Can't seem to get a straight answer from any of them concerning my order.
I've been an B&N customer for years. User friendly website. They have a great selection and they continue to surprise me even when looking for odd-ball stuff. Usually one of the first places I go when looking for a new book to read or new music to check out (yeah, I like to have hard copies). There service has never disappointed me, and everything arrives in a timely manner.
