Applied for becoming an expert and its been a more than 3 months but there is no response from management

So I used this site one time, just to read an article relevant to what I was working on for a school research paper and in order to finish reading I had to purchase access for 2.99$ (You know, the usual with these sights call in 24 hours or whatever to cancel membership to not be charged 29.99$) so I figured I’d pay the one time fee then cancel but NOPE! I paid, and read and then tried to cancel several times and the page kept reloading to the same page! Needless to say I was unable to cancel my membership until after they charged another 30$ to my account. When I contacted the support number, it says to email them because they no longer do phone support. I wish I can upload pictures to this review so you can see the poor customer service I received! I’m gonna be putting them all over social media, because this is the reason amazon is putting everyone out of business, you guys can learn something.
