Items not sent, phone number on answerphone. "Live help" offline never mind what time of day you try. Sent 2 separate emails several days apart to say item not received and they never bothered replying. Avoid these scam artists at all costs if you have any sense. Will be contacting credit card company for a refund as soon as possible (unfortunately credit card people say I have to give this useless company a 31 day grace period).

While I have always received my goods, I have found numerous delays with their service. Ordered with free next day delivery, the items were not sent for over FIVE days. Hardly next day service. Their customer service is non-existent. They never respond to emails.

ok 5 days now i have been emailing and calling . no replys to emails and they dont answer the phone or reply to faxes, or reply to messages left on answer machine , this company is a scam otherwise they would be replying and answering the phone
