Signed up for a 6 month unlimited, and month later got charge. Tried contacting several times through website - no response.

I signed up for unlimited membership. Streamed movies to my computed and ROKU media play with no problems. I even cancelled my membership once to ensure they would not try to charge my credit card after the fact. No problem. Rejoined and watching movies. I think it is a good site and a good deal.
