This was a false positive that was cleared by Quttera
this adwcleaner version contain a trojan exe. please download from original productor.

This is technically impossible. The developer of AdwCleaner uploads the same copy to both ToolsLib and BleepingComputer.com at the same time.
If there was a false positive on this program at the time of your download, then the file at ToolsLib would have been the same one with the same false positives.

A program named "Adwcleaner.exe" has a VirusTotal Ratio of 4/54.
Virus Total AntiVirus Engine's Detections:
"CMC" Detects it as "Trojan.Win32.Generic!O"
"Commtouch" Detects it as "W32/GenBl.42F24559!Olympus"
"TrendMicro-HouseCall" Detects it as "TROJ_GEN.F47V0605"
"Zoner" Detects it as "Trojan.Napolar.A"
Not sure about the rest of the programs here, but use with Caution.
