J’ai commandé une valise Delsey Segur 2.0 70 cm en septembre 2021. Je l’ai utilisée une seule fois et j’ai découvert aujourd’hui qu’elle mesure en réalité 62–65 cm / 78 L, une taille qui n’existe même pas chez Delsey.
L’étiquette est contradictoire et j’ai désormais un sérieux doute sur l’authenticité du produit.
Je me retrouve donc avec une valise non conforme, probablement non authentique, invendable.
Le service client s’est contenté de répondre :
“Le délai de 30 jours est dépassé.”
Aucune aide, aucune vérification, aucun geste commercial.
Très déçue. Plus aucune confiance en bol.com.

I've had a pretty good experience with Bol… they have an awesome selection of products, and it's easy to find just about anything you need. However, I've noticed that the delivery can be a bit slow, especially when I order larger items. It would be fantastic if they could speed things up a bit.
Also, having better tracking information would really help keep customers in the loop about where their orders are at. When you’re excited about a new purchase, waiting around without updates can be a bit frustrating.

Bol com is a well-known online shop in the Netherlands, but I've found that their delivery times can be a bit hit or miss. If they could step up their logistics and speed up shipping a bit, it would definitely make shopping there a lot more reliable.

Bol has an incredible selection of products ranging from electronics to books. I've always found what I need, and the quality is top-notch. While the website can be a bit slow during peak sales times, the variety and reliability of their offerings make it worth the wait. With a little improvement in website performance during busy periods, it would be perfect! Overall, a fantastic shopping experience!

De prijzen van producten zijn oneerlijk hoog door de hoge commissie die de kleine webwinkel moet betalen om hier hun spullen te kunnen verkopen. Op deze manier maakt bol.com veel geld en Nederlandse ondernemers kapot.
