Pictures of items on the site do not accurately display the item. Impulse buyers may not realize your getting something different then whats in the picture without having read the description.

i am a seller on this site and stand behind my items. I know many of the vendors. They are all very helpful and feel as I do about a safe place to buy and sell.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received. I also wrote the vendor and he never wrote me back.

Individual vendors may or may not be reliable (mine was not). However, Bonanzle appears to have no interest in the reliability of their vendors, and only want to be contacted as a last resort. Quote from their HELP pages: "I didn't get the item I purchased. What do I do? First, contact the seller. If the item has been mailed/sent via delivery service and not arrived, you may ask the seller to call the delivery service and ask to track the package. If for some reason the package never arrives, and you used PayPal, contact PayPal -- they can usually provide you with assistance getting a refund. If all else fails, you can also email mailto:support@bonanzle.com, and we'll assist as best we can." I WILL NOT deal on bonanzle.com again!

Owners of site are very involved and responsible, act quickly if a buyer or seller has a problem, and work to keep this site very positive. It has a friendly and supportive community forum. Excellent site overall.
