Is browsersfeedback.com Safe?

This domain is blacklisted on Phishtank: ***** This site tries to fool users using Finnish language in my country and also try to use some kind of giftcard-trap to lure Internet users. Example text in Finnish: "Sinä olet tämän päivän (29 Lokakuu 2015) onnekas vierailija! Ole hyvä ja täytä tämä lyhyt kysely. Kiitokseksi annamme sinulle mahdollisuuden voittaa Samsung Galaxy S6®, tai Android Tablet® tuotteen!" (I pasted that text from this misleading site.) This is totally lie, it means in English: "You are this day (29.10.2015) lucky winner! Please fill this short poll. In return we give you possible to win Samsung Galaxy S6 or Android Tablet product."

I do not understand how this site could appear on any blacklist. It has only just been created on a domain provided by the respectable German firm Strato operating in Spain as strato.es. I uploaded content to it for the first time on 5 June 2015. That content - advertising an apartment for sale in Warsaw, Poland - met with no problems where it was previously hosted on a Polish domain.
