I got a good deal on a sweater from Burton a few months ago.

Ordered an item and it did not arrive. Customer service did not contact me at any point to tell me why this was the case. About a week later I eventually called them and they explained that they ran out of stock even though the item was still available for sale on the website. I would recommend against purchasing anything from this website if you want the items to actually arrive on time.
