I can't speak for any of the content here except the erroneous content on Transcendental Meditation. The whole take presented here is rather a joke, sadly, and is really not about TM at all but about someone's gross misunderstanding of the technique and the organization that teaches it. But probably any intelligent, thinking person can see through the blatant false accusations and shallow treatment of TM. And anyone who actually practices TM and is associated with the organization will know it's nothing like the practice or organization presented here. if you want to learn meditation, don't learn from a web page written by someone who has no idea what he/she is doing. Go to a TM center, pay the course fee, and learn properly. If you use this site, you will never meditate correctly, you will not get benefits, and you will conclude that meditation is useless. If you learn from a certified teacher, you will be amazed.
