Absolutely horrid customer service. I was given the run-around by one of the support staff. I requested a model conversion and didn't hear anything for days. When I followed-up with customer service, the representative refused to help or alternatively refund the purchase. This is not a premium service. I recommend going with TurboSquid instead.

Got numerous emails asking me to join the site. When I told the individual 'ill look into it on my own time' they sent eight more additional emails- then somebody else emailed me saying 'oh that person unfortunately had to leave the company... But have you checked out our site yet?' So in total i was contacted twice, replied with a polite 'thx, no thx.' and was contacted 8 more times after. Even if this is a legit company it reeks of desperation and scares somebody like me away who might have ACTUALLY been interested in using it.
