Is changedetection.com Safe?

This is a neat site. It's kind of "old school" and rightly-so, it has been around for EVER it seems, since the mid-late 90s at least, and still alive and kickin'. At first (pre-2000), the site merely monitored pages daily, and contacted you if the page content changed. Then recently, they've updated (likely, due to other similar competition sites, such as changenotes, etc...and RSS feeds....even) to even go as far as highlight EXACTLY what content has changed on the monitored page. It works really great for old/archaic domains that don't yet have RSS feeds...or even those that have RSS, but the rss doesn't contain the information you'd like. You can use it for monitoring nearly anything, provided it's a site "anyone" can visit. Obviously, password protected/banking/etc sites won't work...
