Is chinaecarts.com Safe?

Paid for Samsung S10+ 5G and received a very poor copy (both phones running an old android versions, both running old MT processors, both only had storage of 16gb and had terrible displays the note 9 had some made up steel stylus that didn't do a thing) of a NOTE 9 and iPhone XS. Said it was the fault of the warehouse and offered me 50% off the correct phone but I had to order it again and keep the 2 incorrect phones. I reluctantly did and they sent it from China via Netherlands even though I paid for EXPRESS DHL Shipping to Australia. Still hasn't arrived 20 days later. I then googled the company only to find several trusted review sites with people having the same problem. Learnt my lesson, will never buy from EstoresChina again. Buyer Beware!!!!! P.S. Don't leave a review on their site, they change it to the way they want it to look and give it 5 stars.

chinacellulars.com, estoreschina.com, chinaecarts.com and maybe other names are websites of a big scammer store that sells replica phones of famous smartphone companies such as: Apple iphone, Samsung, HTC and so on. this company sells many replica phones with different configurations from weak to strong configurations for tempting prices. after ordering, it doesn't matter what you ordered, you will receive a replica phone with lowest configuration and lowest price. if you complain, they will say "sorry, that was a mistake of dispatcher, make another order to give you a big discount for compensation that mistake", then nothing. they ask you to pay with Western Union or other ways for direct payment so you can not make a dispute like in Aliexpress.com. They are very active on the internet and advertise with real phones to trick people about their bullshit phones. I did search on internet to find whether they are scammers or not but I didn't find any thing good or bad. So I wrote this review to introduce this company and their websites to other people to warn. NEVER EVER buy replica phones from these website. just buy from aliexpress and known websites to be able to complain and refund your money. Also, replica phones absolutely are not recommended because they are very very low quality and very very weak even with 2GB Ram or more.

I paid 245$ but they sent me a iphone with mtk6589 (2013), 512MB ram, HD, 2GB ROM, Android ***** it's just 60$ phone. when I complained, they just said sorry that's our fault and for compensation, we will give you 50% discount. First time they steal your money then for compensation, they give a big discount to tempt you to make another purchase, but you never will receive your items. They trap poor customers twice. They are very asshole. other Chinese scammer stores steal our money just once and they just never send the item purchased. but this chinaecarts.com steal money twice unfairly. by the way, ***** is its another address. Never, ever buy from this Chinese store.

Friendly service until the phone is purchased and delivered. For inquiries or complaints after sales the customer service is never responding. 3. I bought two cell phones and because they did not correspond to the sales information I sent them back. Since then I am not able to contact the sales services. Fraudulent electronics store in China. Keep in mind that brand electronics are usually more expensive in China due to VAT. If you see low price brand items you will get scammed. The way it works is: 1. You send the money (usually via Western Union) 2. You get informed there is problem (usually customs etc.) 3. Problem can be fixed for more money (another 10-20%) 4. After payment, there is yet another problem... This will repeat until you realize that you got scammed. Or for phones you get 'lookalikes' of iPhone or Nokia models of poor quality with far less functions.
