Куча идиотов, которые не понимают, что это за сервис и орут о том, что-бы никто ничего не качал и не запускал... Во 1х, от сюда ничего, что можно было бы запустить (как exeшник) под виндой скачать и нельзя. Во 2х, этот сайт - инструмент, который зарабатывает вам и себе деньги, тем, что использует чужие ресурсы на общее благо. Вы можете разместить его на своём сайте и получать с него деньги, без рекламы и дискомфорта для пользователей (если вы не жадный и всё рассчитаете).

Coinhive itself is not bad. The fact that sites use it to mine Monero WITHOUT the users permission is bad. Coinhive fixed this by making a opt-in miner because the non-opt-in miner is blocked by 99% of the virus scanners. This is what malwarebytes says about it: *****

This site is only hated because people abuse it. The site its self is NOT malicious as far as I can see. Sure, it uses ones CPU power for mining coins, but not for its self. It does it for others. Others are to blame for abusing this service! I find it to be a fantastic alternative from displaying ads to non-mobile users.

The planted reviews defending the site here are just wrong. They think you're too stupid to check the facts. "Doesn't force itself on unsuspecting individuals"? How is a youtube advert that doesn't ask permission and starts leaching off your CPU not PRECISELY THAT?!? "You just don't understand it". Yeah, we don't just understand that anything you can get away with on the internet is OK, a great idea, and only old nuns hate it. But thanks for outing yourselves. Sociopaths.
