Huh, the name makes it like some debt collector service, where you can hire people to get your debt, LOL. But, no, it works more transparently, more for the reasons of automation. We integrated such a system at work, to reduce some expenses and make the operations more efficient in crm systems. Probably, the best thing about it, is how well the financial reports look like now.

A horrendous service, items will readily be lost, with no compensation for their delay, plus you have to proove that the company lost the item! And I quote from their T&C's: "The Company shall only be responsible for any loss or damage to a Parcel for non-delivery or mis-delivery if it is proved that the loss, damage, non-delivery or mis-delivery was due to the negligence or default of the Company or its agents"
