The extremely generic packaging raises questions about the legitimacy of the company. The cartridges seem to be recycled cartridges sold by a 3rd party which raises ethical questions for me... The box itself says "All brand or product names are the trademark and property of theirs (sic) respective holders." Not exactly sure what's going on here...

I ordered Ink for my copier and the product was as good as original but at a fraction of the cost.

I've not had any problems with this site. My first order was just as I had hoped it to be, quick shipping and a good product.

I've bought from them twice and had no real issues. Sure, a couple of cartridges were unusable but the cheap price I pay for the amount I get outweighs the bad.

I was told a full refund do to bad cartridges. I was send a RMA # shipping label. Then find out on credit refund I was charged $6.13

Placed on hold., didn't get back to me. hung up. Recalled then told to call back in 10 mins Then told to call back two days later.
