That's why it's on the 'net. Barely legal stuff presented with factually incorrect claims from anonymous servers and people doing business with bags over their heads- that's the 'net! Not. Unlike other sites that put up misleading thumbnails, these people get to lying straight away. "New Federal Program Pays Off Your Mortgage". Let's count the lies. 1). The Fed as zero to do with it. 2). No one is paying you anything. 3). You're paying them a fee for a new mortgage. 4). If you fall for it, your mortgage will never be paid off. 7 words, 4 lies...and that's just the advert!
