Is conservapedia.com Safe?

Dedicated to the spread of misinformation, including blatant falsehoods in fields such as biology and geology. Used in an attempt to discredit a valid biological experiment by Dr. Richard Lenski. Additionally, uses misleading statistics and extremely flawed psychology to incite hatred against atheists and homosexuals.

How is this a hate site? For those of you who automatically rate a site in the red zone whenever it doesn't agree with your point of view, you need to actually READ through several pages before you make your judgment. Didn't elementary school teach you people "don't judge a book by its cover"? Didn't teachers tell you to listen to all the points of view on something before you make your judgment? I am not a Christian. I am an Atheist. But I also am a Conservative, and I believe it's important to preserve freedom of expression on the internet.

Clearly biased, intellectually dishonest, and pretty worthless as a source of accurate information. It offers little information beyond political, religious, and pseudo science topics, from a deeply (read fanatical) conservative perspective. May appear offensive to some, though some may find it has a non-zero entertainment value. Whatever you make of it, an encyclopedia it is not.

This is a disgusting website. Pretending to tell "the truth" (as if one great truth really exists), they try to poison your mind with preposterous statements. Try some of the more sensitive subjects and you will see that "bias" is an enormous understatement for this site.

Misinformation, paranoia and just old fashioned ignorance mongering that is supposed to pass as something educational. Anybody coming to this site should be warned that within lies a site full of conservative philosophy, if you may call it so, where women are meant to be kitchen bound and submissive, where the bible trumps law, where a different skin color still signifies an evil backstory. As an example please read the contents of current president of the United States of America, Obama, in contrast to those on the page of Bush. If you come to this site knowing the bias herein is basically dogmatic (mostly christian) and retrograde be careful with what you pick up in knowledge, be sure to throw it out of your mind as soon as you leave the site.
