Is contabo.com Safe?

Hello, We have been dealing with them for more than 4 years We resell some of their servers to our customers. As is known some customers misuse servers by sending spam. We handle this type of infringing message strictly in order to maintain the reputation of the IP addresses of the companies we deal with. I have two notes for this company's new users. First: We had about 6 servers rented from them, including one of the sites that contains the financial information system of our customers. We were delayed by one payment to the server. The invoice value was about € 4.99 and because of this delay they suspended all servers and refused to open them before paying € 15 per server. A total of 90 euros We asked them to pay the fees only to the server. whose overdue invoice and open the others they refused after a long discussion deducted half of the amount and forced us to pay 45 euros to reactivate the servers. They said this was within the usage policy and sent proof. Although this has been proven by them, it is an unjust policy. Note 2: Last month, we received 3 spam abuse messages that we forwarded to our customers. A few days later another customer purchased a server and four additional IP addresses. After 24 hours of placing the order at Contabo we received a reply that the server will be set up without IP addresses because of the ban imposed on us due to reports of abuse. After the reply by 20 minutes Server details have arrived. We said that the server was sold with IP addresses but they refused to cooperate in the matter. After a long discussion and argument we asked to cancel the server because they did not send us the service as required and replied things but they refused. We were forced to buy the server, we could not deliver it to the client and we could not cancel the order. We said that we did not know that there was a ban and that you did not send any advance notice on this issue. We asked for a clause that imposes on the server purchase in the user agreement but they did not send anything or any response. For support and other issues, everything is fine.

Overall a very good experience. We like it because: - price (at the current date 31 March 2014, we couldn't find anything better) - tools (This is great because we can manage our server in almost total freedom) - no spam - no agressive marketing We didn't really need the customer service, so we can't tell anything about that.
