I see where there are comments saying this site is a scam. NOT true. I have been a member since September 2012 and it's been wonderful. I have won MANY items and bought others when I lost. Customer service has been quick to respond to any issues and so far have resolved them to a high degree. The name "Penny Auction" is a bit deceptive but they clearly explain everything and how it works before you join. Nobody MAKES you purchase or use the bids so it is NOT a scam. I find this site fun and entertaining.

Have won many auctions, but don’t keep bidding on something that seems to never end. Pick your auctions carefully and bid on ones that seem to be only yourself and two other bidders. Stop bidding when it feels like nobody is going to stop, listen to your inner feelings.

Great great site, I have won many things & saved substantial. Me and my wife love this site and have no problem making large purchases due to the established trust that we have for them. They have sent us everything we have ever won or purchased. We love you DealDash.

this site is a penny auction and like the other ones you have to be careful when you bid. i love deal dash now that they are back on tract with shipping during christmas time. they offer to buy it now, which in some instances are more expensive than amazon. com so i bid on amazon and other gift cards to get a better price. they are always having specials on this site which increases bidding by other people and lower your chances to win. they need to have more auctions to increase the chance of winning. i repeat i love this site. they just need to change a couple of things. you also have 6 or 7 days to buy it now compared to 2 hours on quibids. i wish they would increase that to 14 or 30 days tho as we get paid every 2 weeks and monthly so i can bid and play more on this site.

I like this site. I like winning good deals. I would like to win more of course...but that's how it goes. Delivery of items took awhile during the holidays but feel it will be better now with the completion of the holidays. I feel that this site offers fair auctions up for bidding. I am not as equally convinced about several of the bidders. The only change that I would like to see is to remove the member profile comments which can be and are frequently intimidating which takes away from the nature of winning a good deal. I also like the 'no tax' and 'no shipping charges'

Having had multiple problems with them regarding their shipping items 6-7 weeks after their 20 day time frame-they have now improved. However, because the site is inundated with soo many bidders it is next to impossible to win anything of real value without paying almost 2 times what the product is worth. Also- their DD price of items is over 20-40% higher than most retail stores sale them for. I have sent multiple emails regarding their "ghost" bidders who conveniently POP in just when my last opponent is leaving -(this happened more than 4 times in one auction), DD usually tells its customers that is a "normal action with so many bidders". If so- why don't they also tell you that items like their Brand NEW HP Laptop "died" after 2 hrs of use! Then never respond to your email? The only way to win is buy 1000's of bids and wait until the last minute-swoop down and eat the prey remaining. Their auctions last too long (again conveniently telling us they give us 95% off pricing-while someone is NOT telling you is YOUR BIDS COST MONEY TOO!. False advertising-over pricing-who wants to actually purchase the item when they can buy it wholesale for 55-75% of THEIR PRICE! Oh yeah, and let's not forget that just because they finally decided to hire an actual staff to support customers-they left everyone hanging that they never responded to months ago. Oh they will throw you a few free bids "Occasionally" just to keep you throwing your cash away-like offering more free bids to do this survey! Well DD-you asked for it-here it is for all the public to see!! I'd be willing to bet you free bids you WILL RESPOND to this comment won't you. Of course your answer will consist of "we are the most honest and fare bid sit! Honestly -you need to see who your technical department is sharing the bid information with guys,-People HAVE to see of have the knowledge from the INSIDE in order to win auction after auction-over and over the same people win. How fare!! Bahahahahahah
