I have not won any big items and sometimes there are many bidders. It makes it hard to win anything.

Deal Dash has AMAZING CLIENT SUPPORT on top of their unique auctions and HAVE FUN demeanor. They are always friendly, responsive, and down to earth, which built complete rapport and overall trust. This Team shows they have an interest in establishing relationships with their bidders and consistently give back to the bidders. They differentiate themselves specifically with bidder profiles along with pictures. This site is the "REAL DEAL" pun intended.

Great Site, Great Customer Service, SOLID business, FINANCIALLY sounded, Ships out winnings FAST & FREE, quality items, many items for auction, 24 hour auctions and so much more. This is a really SOLID BUSINESS with a proven track record. Over 2 years in business and STRONG as ever! Many sites open and close every day. The format they use is NOT GENERIC like most sites. They use their own stuff. They have what you what. A business that you can TRUST and has the financial backing to ride the waves and then some. This is the penny auction site above the rest. THANKS DealDash and keep up the great job!

Seidon: we built our business on the bet that penny auctions are not a sustainable model. That's why we offer a more sustainable, risk-free, fair & honest alternative to penny auctions. We turned the penny auction model upside down on itself and solved the one issue that makes people feel like penny auctions are scams: we removed the risk of bidding. If you don't win an auction at DealDash, rather than losing the bid money, you can purchase the identical product from DealDash at a normal fixed store price using the Buy it Now option and get a full refund on all the bids you lost. 8/10 bidders win auctions on DealDash. Half of DealDash's revenue is generated through the Buy it Now. This approach has helped us become the longest running company in the market in a very competitive and venture backed market. Over 3 years, DealDash has grown its profitable, recurring revenues to 8-figures annually and now provides the service to a US base of 275,000+ shoppers. We are audited, backed by respected investors and 90%+ of our sales transactions are repeat sales. Our customers love our product and we are in the business to keep it that way. Please visit DealDash for a better understanding of how we differentiate from other penny auction sites. I love DD. Its one of the few sites I spend time on. I know people are crapping on how they think its a scam but its not. You only feel that way if you think you can just sign up and win a Mac for $10. Just doesn't happen my rule and the smart rule is be prepared to pay retail. If you get it on a deal then good. I've been on the site for about a month and have won a couple of things. I did pay retail for some items but I really wanted them anyway. And that's my rule, if you see me on an auction I will bid but when I hit retail I stop. Only a fool will keep bidding just to say he "won" the auction. Maybe to build a rep? Anywho, be smart and you might snag a deal or two. Thanks for the good advice also my fellow bidders (Miss_J, GodShot, Grerob, etc) As I always say - "Let's have some fun!"

Deal Dash is a great site!! I've tried out so many penny auction websites and this is my NO. 1 site. I've never won anything more than $50. But I already win more than $2000 on deal dash and that is awesome. Their service is great. They do FREE shipping, which I've never seen on other sites. They also offer buy it now and get all your bids back. All the wonderful offers keep me coming and do not want to leave again.

I read many of the comments prior to writing this. I must simply say, I'm stunned. I have been a long time member at DealDash. Well over a year and a half. DealDash is the ONLY penny auction site I'm active on today after having been a member at over 20 sites. If I had to sum up my decision to stay with DD I'd say "INTEGRITY." The DD team are excellent individuals of great character. I suspect most disgruntled folks have simply lost money and not won. I am a strategist by nature. I watched and studied penny auction sites for a little over 5 weeks before signing up to my first one. I had 18 pages of hand written notes on strategies etc. I was immediately successful on DealDash. Early on there was less competition and it was easier to win. Due to their excellence in all measurable areas they've grown the membership substantially and even I have had to adjust my strategies to continue winning. But I still do! And you can too. I need to respond to comments like "No one ever wins the big items." This is simply untrue. I have won just about every major item they have offered for auction since I've been a member. My wife, who's a real internet/tech skeptic, even signed up after a while and has also enjoyed great success. Our home and lives are full of thousands on top of thousands of dollars of items that we paid about 40% of going cost for. Really nice stuff. DealDash offers great, as well as silly auction items (e.g. case of Oreos). It costs 60 cents to place a single bid. DD has industry-leading customer support. My won items are shipped very fast. The staff at my business are always curious about what's in all the boxes UPS continues to deliver. One thing that can initially be confusing about a "penny" auction is that when you place a bid it raises the cost of the auction by a single penny, however you just paid 60 cents to place that bid. My best advice to you... get on the site. Watch closely. See who is winning with some frequency. Follow them. Observe their bidding patterns. Click the "Winners" tab and then click "show all" and scroll to your hearts delight. If you're interested in a particular item scroll deeply enough into the history to add up 30 auctions for that item. Divide by 30 and you'll have a rough estimate of average cost. So let's say you came up with an average cost for your hoped for item of $7.50. That equals 750 bids. If there were only 2 bidders that means you'd have to place approximately 375 bids or less to win. Often, early in the auction there are many bidders though, and many times I can be in an auction that reaches $10,00 (1000 bids) and only have placed around 300 bids. My one caveat about all penny auction sites, not just DealDash, is the misleading advertising. We've all seen the online banner ads -- "iPad for $49" This is very misleading and it should not be allowed. $49 might be the ending price of the auction but there's always at least 2 and often 3 costs to an auction. 1) The most expensive cost is almost always the price you paid for your bids. 2) The actual ending price of an auction and 3) shipping/handling. DealDash has saved me a ton of money by shifting over to free shipping as of July '11. So let's break it down. Let's say Fran brags to her neighbor that she won that iPad for $49. Of course the neighbor finds this amazing, if not a bit hard to believe. But the real truth is that a $49 auction equals 4,900 bids. If we multiply that by 60 cents we see that the total spent by all bidders on that auction was $2,940.00 Not such a cheap iPad now is it? Or is it? Well, it really depends on how many bids Fran placed, right? If she placed 1400 bids that's $840. She could have gone to the Apple Store and bought one for $499. The take-a-way? Do your research as I outlined above and then calculate exactly how much money and exactly how many bids you're willing to place and then STOP when you get to your limit! I feel that the great majority of complaints about all legit penny auction sites boils down to folks who get excited, buy some bids and start bidding without any strategy and lost their money. Plan well and you'll do well. Observe long enough and you can then add your intuition to the recipe and you'll do great. Happy Camper at DD, Dave

You have to learn that you will not always win. I really agree with that penny auctions sites are like gambling. Is not exactly gambling but it's some similar. If you have a good strategy to play at the penny auctions websites you have more chances to win than to lose.

DealDash is not scam at all! If you win something they will send it to you. If you lose an auction, they give you the option "buy it now" to have all the bids you placed on the product you were bidding for. The customer service always take care of you, so I don't understand why it would be scam. Don't think that you will buy everything there for only 1 or 2 cents because that will just not happend. Though sometimes you can get an expensive item for only $1 or $2. I won a Jasmine Takamine acoustic guitar for less then $2, including the 2 bids I used to win it! I think penny auctions are good websites.Write your comment

DealDash is in my top 2 of online shopping sites. I haven't been a member too long and have 4 wins already. Some of the information in the comments I've read are just wrong. When buying bids, they're sold in packs for $0.60 each, which is exactly the same as my other favorite site, except DealDash runs freaking killer specials from time to time. I just bought roughly 5000 bids at only $0.21 each, so killer deal yesterday. As for no one winning the "big items", I just won a Nikon d5100 DSLR two hours ago. My user name is WEC2011, just like on here, and I'm on one of the two featured slots for all to see right now (9/2/11 at 8:28am), so be patient and good things will happen. My other wins are a $100 Apple Store Giftcard, a Nikon d3000 DSLR camera, and a 40 bid pack. I lost out on a few things like an iPod touch and a MacBook Pro, but a cool thing about DealDash is that they give you the option of buying it at retail and they give you all of the bids you invested back. I really like DealDash a lot. Last two things are that their support staff is very friendly and prompt in replying when I've emailed them, and their shipping is way faster than Quibids, who I also really like. My real life experience with DealDash is the exact oposite of the meter above. They are very trustworthy, everything has been brand new in box, and I've had ZERO privacy issues. Also, I'm not rich. I'm a college student, as is my wife. DealDash ROCKS!!!

I have nothing to say but glowing things about this website. I am in no way affiliated with DealDash other then a very happy auction participant. I believe this is a very honest and fun place to play. I have received everything quickly and it's been first quality. With auctions everyone understands you win some and you lose some. If you go in recklessly and without studying the proper way to bid then you might not fair so well. I have won several items now and have no reason to suspect any shilling, bot bidders, or unethical practices going on here. I am a person who has a lot of integrity and I believe that this company does too. They have a lot of features to level out the playing field so I'd recommend this site without any reservation. I think it is the most fun on the web these days.

I don't know where some of these people are getting their information, but I have seen several incorrect statements regarding price of bids, how much the auctions increase by per bid and a whole lot of people who just don't plain understand how it works!! This site is NOT A SCAM!! I have been winning on DD for several months now. I have received nothing but the best service and the fastest shipping possible!! As a matter of fact check out the blog at the bottom of the page on DD- Yes, that's me!! Rockin' Robin! I sent that in last week because I am a true believer in DD!! Min wins exceed my losses by a nice margin. If I don't win I can do a "buy it now" and get the item + my bids w/ no extra cost for the bids, just the items price. YES- the people who own the site do make a ton of money, but if I am getting a good deal in the process- who cares! People gamble all the time and throw their money into those one arm bandits like crazy people so until you have played (and learned, which you must do by watching!!) don't talk you smack about THIS site!! There is a definate learning curve!! You won't go in green and make a killing, but if you study the other bidders habits you will learn. (That's all I am going to say about that- you figure it out!!) YES- there are idiots that do overbid just to win, but that's what they are idiots. The world is FULL of them!! It is an accredited site w/ 3rd party auditors over-seeing their dealings, so don't be afraid to check them out. If you listen to what I have told you, have patience, you will be a winner too!!

DEALDASH is a great site. As a mom with a toddler, I LOVE THIS SITE for all it gives me. This site is above the rest for sure for quality, many auctions 24 hours a day, great customer service, FREE BIDS up to 200 give aways and so much more. The only reason why anyone would complain is because they don't have any idea of how to play in the auction world. As for popular items, I have personally won the IPAD2, Wii and many items totally over thousands of dollars. I have seen new players win on their first day for very little bids huge items from TV to IPADs. I had nothing but great experiences with this site and I play on many sites. This site has quality stuff, FREE shipping, FAST service and people who cares and responses quickly to all emails. If that's not enough, you can earn FREE bids as much as 200 bids for one contest. So end results, anyone who has a complaint about penny auction sites needs to find another site to complain about, because this one definitely is a TOP-NOTCH Site!

I use a bunch of these sites, I hate to see so many negative comments. DealDash is by far one of the best pay-per-bid sites I´ve used and I would recommend it to other bidders. They send out products fast and the customer service is pretty good.
