They were fine for the one or two years that I dealt with them, until they suddenly started sending me unsolicited spam, with a flood of spam from everyone else starting to appear on the very same day. Usually, when I shop online, I create a new email address just for the business getting it. A moment of carelessness made me overlook that with DeepDiscountDVD, and I spent years without a single spam to my primary email account until the spams which accompanied DeepDiscountDVD's appeared.

Purchased a Christmas present from them, and chose express shipping. Was listed as available. Got an e-mail several days later that said it was on back order. Tried several times to contact them. Finally got an e-mail on 12/22 saying that the item isn't even available for sale anymore.

Competitive and reliable. Nice that the listed price is what you pay, no additional taxes or shipping. Yes, things are not always in stock, but this is clearly noted at checkout, and you are not charged until it is shipped. Yes- annoying offers to join a discount membership is at the end, but easily skipped.

this site appears to me fake or not confident. I have been looking for a very difficult to find book, they have it, and the price is 4 times less that others. Its seems as a fake to me.

When I click on "Google Checkout", it takes me to the standard checkout screen. If I had entered my Google credentials, they would have access to my Google account and payment method(s).
