Ist dhgate.com sicher?

hi there , Few times ago I ordered "X660 battery" from there but system altered wrog application error at payment section. Then system charged money for product. so I had a order without confirmation number. I could see my name and I didn't mention which link below. http://www.dhgate.com/product/x660-battery-for-samsung-mobile-cell-phone/101176328.html#s1-6-1|3551003285 But few day past supplier said they will not send the order. then I contact to dhgate's rubbish personal.They asked me order number(but I don't have order number(because of their system problem)).I have mailed my card debit information and I gave my card's all information (I am thankful for visual credit cards) then asked for get back my money to my card. but they did not give back my money. did not canceled order how ever there is no confirmation for item receive. Asked me order number again and again and ***** I like to tell you my friends. please don't waste my your money for them. protect your self. maybe they did not make fault till this time for you. but they have serious problems for trade.

5 purchases I performed and had problems with 3. Vendors do not know what they are doing, and they went as far as sending me literally garbage. Dhgate has the worst customer support I have ever seen. They stole me $57 Buy on DHgate, no more!!! Here is the warning sooner or later it will happen to you the same.

Я очень зол на Dhgate. Три раза пробовал там покупать и постоянно какие-то проблемы. То мою карточку Виза-Интернет не принимает, то попадаются китайские продавцы-мошенники. Правда сервис не лучше. Итак, в последний раз я заказал джинсовые подгузники за 23.91$ Ничего мне не пришло открыл кейс и вернул эти деньги на внутренний аккаунт dhgate. Но на свою карточку вернул только 9.06 Т.е. комиссия за перевод составила 14.85 USD Для сравнения с алиекспрес. Там тоже были проблемы с продавцами, но в отличии от dhgate они мне возвращали на карточку всю сумму. Мне деньги с неба не падают и выкидывать на ветер кровно заработанные 14.85 USD тоже не планировал. Больше никогда этим сервисом пользоваться не буду!

Be wary of disgruntled people posting negative reviews about DHgate! From my personal experience, I can tell you that I'm quite satisfied with all my experience with them. I have been able to receive all the products I ordered on this site without any cause for complain. Those who usually complain about DHgate are those who usually don't buy from well known vendors or merchants on DHgate. This is of course true of any purchase or service you use either online or locally. Finding a good online Chinese wholesaler can be difficult so you need to buy from those sellers who already have high trust ratings. In addition, you shouldn't be expecting to find genuine American, Korean, Japanese, or European products on DHgate but replicas or "knock off" items. DHgate is ONLY but a good place to buy cheap Chinese electronics, Android phones, Android tablet PCs, cheap mobile phones, fashion stuffs, etc. It is located in China therefore most (although not all) of their products are Chinese products! Thus, if you don't want to be ripped-off on DHgate, only settle for unbranded products or Chinese made products. Period!

They claim to have a service pledge and a dispute resolution process but they are jokes. I ordered 20 LED bulbs and 5 failed within the first 24 hours. The rest were not even close to being as described. (I am an electrical engineer and I measured them.) The seller would do nothing. DHGate dispute process requires video evidence that the product is defective or they automatically rule in favor of the crooked seller. It was not worth the time to make a video which they would not have understood anyway. While there are a few decent sellers here, I don't know how you can be sure which ones. You can be sure DHGate will not help you if you buy from a fraud.

Which means website review place like these are a great place for people with a bad experience in any shopping website to vent and moan. ( just remember all the dangers of shopping online and don't moan when something goes wrong! Because there will be those times) Communicate and solve! Hello?? there are "good sellers and bad sellers" You pick a bad one then tough, go to another site if you need to. I used this comment on another site as well, saves time XD

I am so puzzled how this website get good WOT rate especially child safety obviously very low as website has a lot of adult toys pornographic products. Is WOT staff blind? This website full of counterfeit and illegal products. Its useless if you report to the website management they wont bother to remove illegal products. Best you can do ignore this website and let others know this website is full of scam.

For those of us in Africa and other Third World countries in the world, DHgate has been a good alternative to sites like Amazon, ebay and their likes. I have personally bought a couple of Android mobile phones and an Android tablet on this Chinese B2B website without complains. The products on these site are relatively cheaper than those you would find in Europe and America except that so many of them are of lesser qualities when compared to products being sold in the West. But who really cares when we are getting great value for the "peanuts" we are paying! And by the way, not all products being sold on DHgate are of inferior quality to products being sold in the West.
