Ist directv.com sicher?

It is a cable system so taste depends on the user. Be careful of their big sales pitch because whatever they say on the phone they charge you for their best packages for at least $50. I only watch sports and news so I didn't need ten, out of date,movie venues.I recommend copying the first conversation with direct-tv if possible.They copy your conversations and say so at the beginning. With a copy you can hold their feet to the fire,so to speak..This was my experience so on second thought it sucks like most of the cable systems.

I love directv, I have had them for 8 years now and there customer service is excellent. I'm actually quite surprised to see so many negative comments on here, although more people go out of there way to complain than to commend. sometimes a bad experience becomes the only reason to leave feedback, whereas if everything works great, no comment at all. every year I call them and there customer service gives me free stuff. if you call and complain about the price, I guarantee they will give you $20-40 a month off your bill for a year. I get the Sunday ticket free almost every year. I love them and will never switch!!!

They do not let you cancel. They give you the biggest hassle I've ever experience. Do not let them convince you to leave your credit card and then decide. They are a bunch of thieves.
