Just a DNS server for namecheap. I double checked against the comments here, its not on any blacklist I can find, and if it was it was likely an automated accident unless it was previously compromised.

It's a nameserver and it's not on uribl. Check for yourself. I think there is some competitive dns slandering going on here.
