Is drvhub.net Safe?

All the listed drivers are actually fraud hollow claims also the 4.2 rating is fabricated by probably bots or some alt accounts from a same user, this site cost bigtime, after installing the main driver scanner software (Driver Identifier) it injected some kind of corrupt files into my windows sys32.dll files which then corrupted my whole Windows and the error msg was CRITICAL_DRIVER_FAILURE and the the error was too deep than it made me re-install my windows with an usb again and cost my whole windows local user data.
