They WERE a reverse auction company, and found that it did not work, so re-organized with a board of directors that have outstanding credentials & reputations to move in a more positive direction. They are now very customer driven to create a marketplace that benefits the consumer with cash back. It is also free to join with the option of getting more cash back with a higher membership level & cost. This makes perfectly good sense. I also know many non-profits that are benefiting from this program as well. So if prior to this year, 2014, I can see why some don't like it, but since regrouping, it is a great site!!

This is hardly a scam. The people who write scathing remarks probably haven't used the site at all. You can shop all over the world at great discounts and participate in fun auctions if you like. I've done very well on this site. I would encourage anyone to use it without fear.
