eBay protection is fake, never received an item and eBay protection refused to give a refund. (they defend sellers) Buyers are the only victims.

The website itself is good and secure. However, your experience depends on the seller you buy from. Only buy from Power Sellers! eBay will protect you (the buyer) most of the times.

I've been pretty happy with my purchases from this site. On this site, you are buying from multiple people so you have to be careful with who you buy from. The rating system works well to tell you who's a good seller and who isn't. Of course there is and will always be some people who will try to scam you. As I said before: Be careful.

N-E-V-E-R buy flash drives (or any storage medium) off eBay, electronics are teeming with scammers. Made that mistake, and they never even had the real product. They also harrased (nicely) till hell froze over.

I love buying from this site. I purchased cookware, work pants, robes, purses, emergency gear and a lot of other items. It is great to do all my shopping in one place. I usually use the Buy Now but I have done auctions. You can communicate with the sellers easily and I have always found them to be helpful.
