Is ebay.com Safe?

I love the sharing economy, but: RESOLUTION CENTER RAN BY MONKEYS I have requested a refund cause I didn´t receive an item. The item never reached me. Yet, the resolution was closed favoring the seller, stating: "o receive a refund, buyers need to return the item within the required timeframe after the seller has accepted a return request. This item wasn't returned to the seller on time." It's ridiculous. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT They have the worst customer service of the world: When you send them an email they just reply with automated answers! HIGH SELLING FEES The fees to sell are too HIGH! TOO COMPLICATED TO LIST AN ITEM If you want just to list an item you have to go to a too long process, this keeps out many non business sellers that want to sell from now and then and keeps ebay in hands of big merchants. DANGEROUS ELECTRONICS FROM CHINA Many electronics (power plug adapters, etc..) are not safe nor following EU Standards, which makes them really dangerous to use (shock & fire hazard). MORE REVIEWS, LESS CENSORING - Group goods by item to have one review for each article (like Amazon) regardless the seller you are buying from. - Make reviews directly open to public having crowd-verifying (like Youtube/Facebook) instead of having YOU to select which reviews are shown.

I have been utilizing ebay for nearly 20 years, as a solid buyer and I haven't had any issues with the ebay platform directly, at all. I'm not sure if I have even dealt with them directly for anything at all, honestly. The few issues I have experienced have been between the seller and myself. I recall only a few incidents over the years and every has always been corrected properly, or made right as agreed, just as business should be handled. #ebayworks4me

Although eBay is working to clean up their reputation, they still have a long way to go. Too many unscrupulous vendors misrepresent their products or sell fakes on this website (e.g., flash drives). Additionally, I receive email offers that come directly from eBay with coupon offers that do not work! Let the buyer beware! If you’re looking for discounted products online, consider using Amazon instead.

ebay is a prolific online shopping/auction site that, while popular, has numerous problems with product manipulation, bait-and-switch scams and other issues (https://edition.cnn.com/2020/09/27/tech/ebay-cockroach-pig-mask/index.html) Their site is also vulnerable, at this time, to drown attacks: ***** Buyer beware!

Отстойный сайт. Ещё терпимо, что оплата товаров доступна только через PayPal, НО, заказывал я на свой адрес два физических товара и ни один не пришел. Электронные товары приходят хорошо, а физические - нет. Интерфейс неудобный, захотите подробности узнать о товаре (статус, дата доставки, дата заказа и т.д), этого сделать не сможете
