Le site ebay.in est-il sûr ?

***** is the Indian division of Ebay Inc. Its a website where sellers can list their items for direct sale or auction. Its a good website where varieties of stuffs are available but always check the positive feedback of a seller before ordering any stuff from him/her. There are reviews on websites like mouthshut where people have been cheated by fraudulent ebay sellers. I personally have bought couple of stuff from ebay.in but did not face any problems. There have been some issues of poor customer support otherwise an Excellent website.

I have purchased numerous products from ebay.in and I was satisfied with ebay customer service. But after I purchased a Dlink modem from Mark Infotech seller in ebay, the worst nightmares started haunting me. They shipped me defective one and when I contacted them, they told me to contact Dlink even though it was within 30 days which is required for so called Ebay Guarantee program. They didn't replaced it nor refund me. I have learned a lesson from this. So never buy from them. Buy products from flipkart or snapdeal which have more responsible customer support.

I love to shop on ebay.. you need to block some dishonest sellers. had a bad experience last month... i bought sandisk 16 gb microSD card but the stupid seller send me 8 GB Card i complain him, he was rude on call.. i called ebay very helpful solution... they refund my money and didnt ask me to give 8gb card back. I felt good.. but i didnt want to take it for free.. i wanted to buy 16GB. I am afraid to order again :(
