Unfortunately, the online school I attend uses ecampus.com as a method for students to sell books at the end of a class. I have used them for the first time recently and am completely disgusted with the attitude, customer service, slow processing time, and amount of time it will take to get the promised amount for my book. They seem to have complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I rented a book from them, but the order never was listed under my account, giving me no way to return it. When I contacted them about this they just said they had charged me the full amount for the book, and were totally unresponsive to my emails. NEVER rent from these people. If you have a problem, they will NOT help you. Terrible way to run a business.

After not receiving my books a month after they were supposed to get there ( and 3 weeks after class started) they did not refund me any money. Then, after I returned my rentals, they charged me the full amount for the books. Customer service was unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.

eCampus signed my girlfriend up for some "discount service" that automatically charged her $12.99/mo. Google "ecampus 12.99 tlg" and you'll find many complaints about this. To make matters worse, she wasn't advertised discounts for anything. In addition, Trilegiant Inc. (TLG), has had a class action lawsuit against it in the past, and there may be another one pending.

Paid $81 for a Calculus book, received an Anatomy book, and customer service has no intention of replacing the wrong order sent. Ridiculous site! I have now seen nothing but bad reviews of ecampus.com on epinions and other sites---this is obviously a scam operation. Avoid!!!
