Is ecodigital.co.uk Safe?

I have had extremely positive experience dealing with this company. When I received a pair of quality speakers that were not performing to the described quality, Ecodigital recognised at once that I had a faulty pair, rather than seek to persuade me that the problem was with me or my setup, as so many dealers would, and took great trouble to ensure that I got a replacement pair as quickly as possible, and had adequate time for breaking the speakers in before deciding finally whether that model really was living up to the manufacturer's claims made for it. Very friendly and 'human' correspondence from them, too - I'll be very happy to deal with them in the future.
