Le site ecoparcel.eu est-il sûr ?

I ordered a collection and paid for it, including insurance. They collected it, and then the waiting for the delivery started. They finally admitted they have lost the package. How is it possible of have a 20kg+ heavy package lost I have no idea. After weeks of waiting, Ecoparcel arrogantly rejected my claim for refund and have been silent since. They haven't paid back neither the insurance cover nor the service I had paid for.

Tried one time and finally receive the parcel, but: - they can not pick it up during almost one week !!!! - poor feedback comments with late situation comments (after something is happened already) - they use other logistic companies to operate with the ordered parcel (in our case it was picked up in Italy by GLS company and bring it to us by Itella in Estonia) - online tracking information is very poor and not understandable (after we find out that it was picked up by GLS - we track it on their online tracking service - but you need another tracking number for GLS, but still the same parcel) Advantage: - low cost - good were delivered without damage Minus: - huge delay with picking up - poor information and feedback - headache to control it all the way!!! As result: Now for us it will be better to spend +10-20 euros and stay cool and calm with warranty of normal delivery.
