One day, the number of Internet domains used for SPAM extensively exceed the number of useful internet domains, like the number of SPAM received which represents 90% of e-mails that are received in the world! bonjour tout le monde j'ai gagné 200 euros et le manager madame Anne-Blanche LEMERLE m'a arnaquée : elle demande mon compte bancaire je lui fournis mes coordonées bancaires .. Je découvre après que c'est une régie qui a fait piéger plusieurs webmasters. Donc faites attention à ne pas fournir beaucoup d'efforts pour rien.

(acutualy I experienced the problem with effiliation.fr, but it's the same company) According to privacy laws, (at least in switzerland and germany) they have to tell the source of email addresses used. Well their business model is not to send the emails themself but to let affiliates do the dirty work. They guarantee the anonymity between client (giving order to send a email marketing campaign) and affiliate (providing email addresses and sending the thing). So neither their client nor the affected recipients of unwanted emails can get information about the source of the data, but this information is required by swiss law as proof for opt-in (I succeded finaly by going via the ISP to which the email sender is attached to). It turned out the addresses were harvested from websites and sold as opt-out, not opt-in as pretended by effiliation.
