This was officially SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive. SlySoft is no more. Elaborate Bytes (or Elby) now takes ownership of the infamous virtual DVD emulation ROM drive. How long can the sheep live when the RedFox is taking over.

Virtual Clone Drive bietet eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, seine Musik-CD´s zu schonen. Man kopiert seine Silberscheiben auf den PC und erstellt dann daraus ISO-Dateien. Diese Containerdateien werden dann mit einem Doppelklick in ein mit Virtual Clone Drive erstelltes, virtuelles Laufwerk geladen und dann automatisch mit dem Player der Wahl abgespielt. Für den Neuling in punkto Virtualisierung ist diese Software vielleicht nicht ganz einfach zu verstehen. Funtioniert aber trotzdem hervorragend.
