While they do have some good products, they also sell some cloned products, such as their "Eternity tanks" are actually clones of Greensound's GS-H2 tanks. And their Nova mod is an overpriced clone of Innokin's MVP 2. They also have really bad customer service. They have messed up every order I have ever placed with them, and there is something wrong with their website. They have one set of prices on their site when you are logged out, then the prices can change (sometimes more than 20% higher), once you have logged in. They say it's "tax" when you contact customer service, but that would mean they are taxing you twice, once at the correct rate, in the shopping cart, then again at much higher than the current tax rate, before you even put the item in your shopping cart. One of my orders, they charged me more than on the pre-priced packaging that was shipped to me. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that was the "wholesale" price, when it was clearly pre-priced retail packaging. I will never shop there again. If you can buy their products elsewhere, another site or a brick & mortar store, do it, and stay away from buying directly from their website.
