This is a very good site. The separation of church and state is very important. America is a country that is meant to be governed by the people, which means that discrimination cannot be allowed. Religion, by definition is discriminatory against people who do not share the faith. Non believers make up 23% of the American population, which makes it nearly as big as the catholic denomination, and bigger than most of the other christian sects. Do not forget the atrocities and bigotry that Christianity has held as "good values" in the past.
