Fileaxa Is a Scam – Took My Crypto, Gave Me Nothing I paid for a 30-day subscription through Fileaxa using Ethereum. The transaction was completed successfully — I have the full transaction ID as proof — but I never received the subscription code or any kind of confirmation. I contacted their support multiple times and was completely ignored. No response, no help, nothing. Because it was a crypto payment, there’s no way to reverse the transaction.
